BECOME A LIFETIME MEMBER
Some benefits require use of your membership card. You can request a new card using this form. In alignment with UC Davis’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, membership cards are delivered digitally. You will receive an email with instructions to access your membership card, which you can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient, on-the-go use. This environmentally conscious approach reduces plastic waste while ensuring seamless access to your member benefits.
