The Kern County Alumni Network of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association invites you to join us for our annual alumni dinner! Come together with your fellow Aggies for a fun evening of good food/beverages and even better company. As a special treat, we’re excited to welcome the new dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Ashley Stokes!

This year’s dinner will be held at Wool Growers Restaurant and will include a delicious meal of scampi & fried chicken paired with Pyrenees French bread and butter, soup, beans, hot sauce, marinated tomatoes, salad, pasta, vegetable, and French fries. Ice cream or sherbet and coffee will be served for dessert.

All Aggies are welcome (alumni, students, family, & friends). Please register by the end of Sunday, February 8th. We hope you can join us for this fun evening of Aggie Spirit!

Date: Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Time: 6:00-8:30pm. You are welcome to arrive starting at 6:00pm for pre-dinner mingling. The group will be seated for dinner starting at 6:30pm. 
Where: Wool Growers Restaurant, 620 E 19th St, Bakersfield, CA 93305
Cost: $40/person (includes full meal listed above as well as wine or tea with dinner).

Ashley Stokes joined UC Davis as dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences in July 2025 from the University of Tennessee, where she was a professor of veterinary large animal clinical sciences, as well as the dean of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture's UT Extension.
