Barre is a ballet-inspired body-weight-lifting workout that engages the muscles with high-reps and low-impact movements, Barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required. Join us on October 13, 2022 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (Pacific) for a Barre workout. Floor work is included and a Yoga mat may be used.
