The San Francisco Alumni Network invites all Aggies to join them for a belated Picnic Day celebration in Golden Gate Park. You'll meet and start the day with a visit to the San Francisco Botanical Garden, exploring only some of the 55-acre living museum, showcasing 8,000 different kinds of plants from around the world.
Make sure to pack a lunch and picnic blanket! After the touring the gardens, the group will enjoy a picnic lunch at the nearby Shakespeare Garden.
It is recommended you pre-purchase your ticket for the Botanical Garden in advance for quicker entry. With valid ID, entry is free for SF residents, active military & veterans, children 4 & under, American Horticultural Society (AHS) Reciprocal Garden Member, & Museums for All members. Free admission tickets must be redeemed by 9am.
