Jahzeel A. Ormeno ’01

Principal Consultant

As the Founder and Principal Consultant of SimplexityPM, LLC — a COBID-certified (OSBE, ESB, MBE, WBE) fractional consulting firm based in Lake Oswego, Oregon — Jahzeel partners with senior leaders to cut through complexity, strengthen operating models, and turn strategic intent into measurable results. She operates through a network of senior strategic partners, ensuring every engagement receives direct, experienced leadership with no junior handoff. With more than 15 years of experience across insurance, manufacturing, nonprofit, aviation, and public sectors, Jahzeel brings a pragmatic, human-centered approach to organizational change.

Her work spans Lean and Agile transformation, process improvement, change management, project leadership, operational excellence, and executive coaching — all grounded in the belief that sustainable growth comes from clear priorities, disciplined systems, and empowered teams. She has delivered engagements across over 10 countries and is bilingual in English and Spanish at native level. Jahzeel has led large-scale transformations for global and regional organizations — from a +33 NPS gain in Spain and a 16-day lead time reduction in Chile, to a Procure-to-Pay operational transformation across three manufacturing facilities, a Lean 5S-structured office relocation for Global non-profit, and a 6-part Lean Execution Leadership Series with AME that drew over 200 attendees to its inaugural session. Her engagements span manufacturing, insurance, nonprofit, aviation, education, and public sectors. Jahzeel serves as Vice President of Professional Development for PMI Portland Chapter, and is an active member of Rotary District 5100 with a focus on international and community leadership. She is pursuing Shingo facilitator certification through IgniteXcellence and is a co-founder of SPARK (Strategic Partners Amplifying Real Knowledge), a peer community for solopreneurs built on shared growth and authentic collaboration.

SimplexityPM partners with leaders navigating change, growth, or operational chaos, bringing Lean discipline, Agile flexibility, and cross-industry expertise in project management, and operational leadership to every engagement. Broken processes. Misaligned teams. Change that won't stick. We fix that with experienced, fractional leadership that gets to work fast. No fluff. No long-term overhead.
