Graduation marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. At the Cal Aggie Alumni Association, we understand that this transition can be both exciting and uncertain. That's why we're here — to be your compass and guide as you navigate life beyond campus.
As a recent graduate, you have a wealth of resources and support waiting for you within our alumni community. Our association acts as a hub for connections, mentorship and valuable opportunities tailored specifically for Aggie alumni like you. We are committed to helping you build a successful future.
Here are just some of the ways you can stay connected.
1. Subscribe to Aggie Connections and alumni e-mails
Aggie Connections is a free monthly e-mail newsletter that keeps alumni up-to-date on must-read stories of UC Davis graduates, university and association news, and events. Our regional networks send periodic updates to keep community members posted on upcoming events in the area.
2. Attend networking and professional development events
Whether you are looking to jumpstart your career or learn more about different professional paths, networking is a vital component of your career development. Attend professional networking events and mixers, gain invaluable advice and mentorship, and access career development webinars.
3. Follow our social media channels and join the conversation
Be sure to give us a follow or like on social media to stay updated on the latest campus news, celebrate alumni excellence, and reminisce about your beloved hangout spots. Don't forget to join in on the fun by direct messaging us your photos or using hashtag #UCDavisAlumni for a chance to be featured on our channels.
4. Get a UC Davis Library account
Home to the greatest wine book collection in the world, rare and historical materials, and over 300 artworks on display, anyone may apply for an account at the UC Davis library. Members of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association enjoy complimentary library accounts as part of membership benefits (refer to number seven for more details).
