Bio

Ramina Murshudova joined the UC Davis Cal Aggie Alumni Association as Assistant Director of Engagement in July 2026. In this role, she develops and leads alumni, parent, and student engagement initiatives that strengthen connections across the Aggie community. 

Before joining the Cal Aggie Alumni Association, Ramina served as a Study Abroad Program Coordinator with the UC Davis Global Learning Hub, managing faculty-led study abroad and international internship programs. Prior to UC Davis, she spent nearly a decade with the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan, leading educational exchange programs, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives that expanded access to international education. She holds a Master of Arts in International Education from SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Health and Life Coach who is passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives through coaching. 

Outside of work, Ramina enjoys long-distance running, hiking, skiing, traveling, and exploring new places. She is especially proud of completing an international marathon and summiting Azerbaijan's highest peak, Mount Bazardüzü, at 4,466 meters (14,652 feet). She enjoys travelling around the World and spending weekends outdoors with her three children and friends.
