Andrea Weiss has over twenty years of experience helping individuals and organizations shape their future. Her specialties are guiding clients through the transition from college to career and helping early career professionals take intentional steps to advance their careers to gain greater satisfaction in their work.

Andrea also presents workshops on a wide variety of career related topics and conducts Myers-Briggs workshops to support teams seeking to improve communication and effectiveness.

Her work is rounded out by partnering with nonprofit organizations to help them recruit CEO’s, Executive Directors, and key staff.
