About Winery: After falling in love with wine on a trip to the Napa Valley, Rebekah Wineburg and Erica Schubert-Kincaid founded Post & Wine to create artisanal, terroir-specific wines showcasing Northern California's historic vineyard sites. They exclusively work with sustainably-farmed old vines and implement a meticulous, low-intervention mentality in the cellar. Aggie Connection: Rebekah Wineburg first fell in love with wine after a family trip to Napa Valley at the young age of 16. Upon realizing that her creativity and love for science could become the backbone of her career, Rebekah immediately pursued studies in chemistry and biology at Macalester College, followed by a Master’s Degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis. After working harvests at estates across the world, she accepted the position of winemaker at Quintessa, where she still works today. In 2012, she founded Post & Vine to showcase her love for California’s old vineyards.
