Vincent has worked 20+ years as an employee benefits consultant, working for two of the top 10 firms. He works with a company's HR and Finance team helping develop a long-term strategy for health insurance and employee benefits providing neutral advisory services. He doesn't replace an existing broker relationship; just helps you get more value from the one you have. 

He was part of the UCD GSM inaugural class for the Working Professionals MBA Program in 1994. Vincent also helped coordinate the UCD GSM Sacramento alumni quarterly lunches for many years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Crocker Art Museum and hosts the CLEARly Beneficial Podcast featuring  healthcare innovators and leaders.
